For all Youth, in grades 6th through 12th (as of Fall 2024).
Meeting Sunday mornings at Grace Community Bible Church, the Student Ministry at Grace Sunday School classes meet individually: Junior High and Senior High.

Annual Participation/Consent Form
Effective July 2024 thru June 2025
For all Students (and children!) of Grace for events and programs occurring between July 2024 and June 2025. If your student will participate in Youth Group, Youth Retreats, AWANA, Youth Band, VBS, etc...please fill out the below Consent form. This form also covers children ages 2 thru 12th grade, so feel free to complete your form for all minors in your household participating at Grace events & programs.
