Screen Time, Kids, and your Relationship!
Saturday, October 23rd @ 7 PM & Sunday, October 24th @ 9:30 AM
As I travel the country and speak at churches, I find the challenges of technology and screens to be getting worse. Parents are frustrated and often feel helpless in managing screens and technology with their children and teens. I want to bring you some hope and practical suggestions so you can develop a a workable plan in order to better connect with your kids and have real conversations with them.
- Saturday evening, we'll focus on Kids & Screens:
- The average child or teen spends more than 7 hours a day looking at screens. What is this immersion doig to our children's brains? The same technology that has improved our lives can hinder our kids emotionally and intellectually if we're not careful. Author Arlene Pellicane will help you craft a gameplan for technology which will benefit your kids...and you!
- Sunday morning, we'll focus on Parenting Strategies:
- Raising kids in today's technology driven, disrespectful world is a daunting task. How can you family meet this challenge and have a happier home? Arlene Pellicane will give you some strategies to help your family plot a healthy path forward.
Our Saturday evening event will also be Livestreamed here at www.mygrace.us.
Childcare will be available Sunday morning for the 9:30 AM event (please plan for your own childcare if you attend the Saturday evening event).
