The Book of Romans

The Book of Romans

Romans 1 – 8

The late Frances L Patton, President of Princeton University, said this shortly before his death.  “The only hope of Christianity is in going back to Pauline Theology.  It is back, back, back, to an Incarnate Christ and His Atoning Blood, or it is on, on, on, to atheism and despair.”   Can you believe how things have changed!?

The book of Romans is the essence of Paul’s theology and the hope of our Salvation.

Romans 9 – 11

The Book of Romans teaches the Eternal Security of the Believer.  But if that is true, how do we explain what has happened to the Nation of Israel?  Didn’t they have the same secure relationship with God that we have?  Didn’t God make some unconditional promises to them?

We will be looking at Romans 9 – 11 which explains how God is at work in our life (the Church) and Israel, in order to display His grace and glory in the World.
